Excellent news but I thought candidates had to wait to get the nod before they could name cabinet members?

The most qualified Senator to be in that position. Jeff will bring others that are qualified as well.

Did anyone see Jeff Sessions on Cavuto this afternoon? He pretty much nailed it. It was Sessions endorsement that kicked me over the edge to vote for Trump Tuesday.

A good sign that Trump has started campaigning for November.

Stunning that we have not hit 100 percent support for Trump on FR. I can’t believe that good people on FR are not all for Trump. I don’t understand that at all.

Very very cool. Another reason to support Trump.
I sincerely hope that Ted Cruz comes to Trump and offers him his support for the VP slot. They wouldn’t lose, GOP would be a slightly bit happier, and Cruz voters come to Trump. Cruz gets that executive experience he needs for a future run, and it’s a win win.

Nationally syndicated radio host says Jeff Sessions should run for president
Nationally syndicated talk radio host and Fox News contributor Laura Ingraham has made up her mind who she wants to run for President of the United States in 2016, and its not any of the names the so-called mainstream media has been trumpeting. Jeff Sessions, we need Sessions for President, Ingraham said earlier this week on her radio program. Really, is there anyone out there who is better than Jeff Sessions on any of these issues? Hes great. I think someone like Sessions could probably attract Democrats, Hispanics who are here legally who are tired of these stupid trade agreements and who have had their own wages undercut by illegal immigration, African Americans, certainly I think a lot of Tea Party people. Sessions is one of the few people to actually say it like it is. Ingraham was reacting to Sen. Sessions keynote address at the Tea Party Patriots fifth anniversary conference in Washington, D.C. last week. They say youre extreme, Sessions said to the assembled crowd. But I say extreme is running up $18 trillion in debt. Extreme is a 2,700-page healthcare bill that nobody could understand and is doing great damage to America. Extreme is a president who wont enforce laws on the books and will enforce laws not on the books. Extreme is embracing immigration policy that validates illegality and triples the number of people who would be brought into our country in a time of high unemployment. Extreme is maintaining a debt path that is unsustainable. http://yellowhammernews.com/nationalpolitics/nationally-syndicated-radio-host-says-jeff-sessions-run-president/

Let’s play scenarios. Example: Say Jeff becomes the VP nominee.
That will call for a special election in his state for a replacement at some point next year. Who is in line in that state that we are looking at?
I’d like to get a discussion going on the succession plans if a Trump administration starts cherry picking really good people from the current pool of Senators and the House.
