I sincerely hope that Ted Cruz comes to Trump and offers him his support for the VP slot. They wouldn’t lose, GOP would be a slightly bit happier, and Cruz voters come to Trump. Cruz gets that executive experience he needs for a future run, and it’s a win win.

I would have liked that also....but today Cruz announced Jeb’s financial team has joined his campaign. This is a crazy election cycle!

Nope! There was a time a few months back when I would have thrown in with you, but in the intervening timeframe, Cruz has shown his true colors. He’s become GOPe “lite” in exchange for their support. He’s now what GHWB was to Reagan. He would not be loyal to Donald Trump.
