There is no way Mexico would fund Donald Trump's "terrible" plan to build a wall along its border with the United States if the Republican front-runner wins the U.S. presidential election, the Mexican finance minister said.
Trump, the New York billionaire developer and former reality television star, sparked outrage in Mexico when he vowed to force Latin America's second largest economy to pay for a wall along the southern U.S. border to stem the flow of illegal immigration and drugs.
In a televised interview late on Wednesday, Finance Minister Luis Videgaray categorically rejected the proposal.
"Under no circumstance will Mexico pay for the wall that Mr. Trump is proposing," he said. "Building a wall between Mexico and the United States is a terrible idea. It is an idea based on ignorance and has no foundation in the reality of North American integration."

a) Balance the current trade imbalance
b) Tax remittance payments to Mexico (Remittance payments are Mexico's #1 source of revenue, +$20 BILLION/year)
c) Bill Mexico for costs incurred to house illegal alien prisoners
d) Fine employers who hire illegals
e) Tax American products made in Mexico for export to USA
f) STOP entitlements being paid to ILLEGAL ALIENS (YUUGE COST SAVINGS!!)
25% tax on moneys shipped out of the US to Mehico too.
Would also serve as an impetus for the illegals to leave and go home.

Put a 20% tariff on all cash transfers to Mexico.
I’m looking for a massive Tariff to be imposed by President Trump on each and every product or service that is made or grown or comes from Mexico.

I remember a joke email going around after Katrina that we should build a canal between the Gulf and the Pacific ocean.
We could use all of the dirt from digging it to fill in NOLA and bring it up above sea level.
Some one brought up the point it would displace a lot of Alligators which of course could be relocated to the canal!!
Not really a half bad idea, the canal would come in handy as well as serve as a secure border (moat filled with alligators)
