Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says he and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) will get along well if he becomes president.
Speaking from the white and gold ballroom at his Mar-A-Lago resort, Trump said that there will be consequences for Ryan if the Speaker chooses not to get along with him if he becomes president.

Trump on Conservative.
” DICKERSON: What is your definition of conservative?
TRUMP: Well, I think its a person that doesnt want to take risks. I think thats a good thing. A person that wants to in terms of government Im talking about. Person that wants to conserve, a person that wants to in financial sense balance budgets. A person that feels strongly about the military and I feel very strong low about the military. And you have some of these Amy they dont even want to focus on the military. Our military is falling apart I feel very I have always felt very strongly about the military. By the way, if you look at vision, the word vision, I was the one that said, take the oil, Ive been saying that for years, take the oil, lets take the oil. Nobody would listen then all of a sudden after Paris they started saying maybe thats right well take the oil. They still dont take the proper way. I was which is a little bit different than Normal conservative. But I was very much opposed to the war in Iraq. Lot of these guys were all for the war in Iraq look whats that has got it. Spent $2 trillion, now handing Iraq over, just handing over to Iran. Iran is going to take over Iraq I said that was going to happen. I said that years ago. In 2003 that Iran will take over Iraq was largest oil reserves in the world thats not a conservative position. When I was saying, dont go into Iraq Im a very militaristic person, Im very much into the military, will build our military better and stronger, thats the opposed to what we have now. I was opposed to the war in Iraq. Most conservatives, lets go gung-ho. Everyone of them wanted the war in Iraq. Look where it got us.
Pulls matching any Republican against Hillary right now are junk. Republicans have been running against each other and haven’t been attacking her. In the Democratic primary no one’s really taking Hillary to task for her criminal behavior and treason. In the general election Trump is going to dissect her criminal behavior and it will not be pretty.
“Trump isn’t confined by the prison of facts and what is possible , he can speak to the people promising the impossible to them.”
Love it!!!!
Ryan lost with Romney and they both are quislings and should be dismissed with ridicule

I agree with the above. I don’t agree with using the office of the President to threaten repercussion.
Put it another way, George W. Bush did not replace George Washington, as the most respected voice on American Foreign Policy.
Donald is still in the process of sorting some of these issues out; but he is instinctively moving in the right direction; and has already performed a yeoman service to America in confronting and thrashing the PC bullies!
So what do you have to say about Trump’s unfavorability rating? That he will lose to Hillary? Is that ok with you?
You spurn the only conservative in this race for someone that’s a sure thing to lose to the biggest commie in the country currently, including the admitted one, Sanders?
“”Jennifer Agiesta, CNNs Polling Director, explained that Clinton would win 52% to 44%.
Mrs. Clinton would lose to both Senator Marco Rubio50% to 47% and Senator Ted Cruz49% to 48%.””
Hope he is moving in the right direction!!
From last night and the PP statement he leaves a lot of ‘wiggle’ room. Really hope he does not disappoint those who are ‘heavily invested’ in hopes he inspires.
I do not have that much confidence in him! In dealing with thrashing the PC bullies he has done a great job.
In dealing with DC think he will ‘do deals’ with all. Not sure what the deals will entail but will deal! From his past statements and actions, even the immigration problem, deals, negotiate, etc.
Think the statement ‘sickoflibs’ made above best defines Trump.

Ehhh....sorry, but anti-bullies don’t advocate that their fans punch somebody out for appearing to throw a piece of fruit/veggie/whatever. Anti-bullies don’t support the government taking someone’s property away to benefit private enterprise. Anti-bullies don’t threaten their opponents and advocate opening up libel suits so they can more easily destroy their opponents financially for speaking out against them. I could go on, but why bother. Suffice to say....
Trump is the very epitome of a bully to most anti-Trump folks, myself included. And that bullying aspect of his personality has been one of the biggest reasons some people support him. But it will be one of the major reasons a lot of folks will stay home on election day should he win the nomination.
Do not believe polls unless they meet the ‘meme’!!!!
And of course that site is not to be believed!
You have to get with the program or you will be ‘zot’ material.
Hehehe....ok.
I promise to be more careful from now on.
Honest. [blink blink]
LOL!!!
Saw some of your comments re: the jacka$$ and laughed!!!
Thanks, I really need that.
Had someone mention to me you can educate a jacka$$ but in the end all it will be is an ‘educated jacka$$’!!
Keep the faith.
And eminent domain cases, generally go to the Courts, not to a squaring off in the "playground."
Perhaps you misunderstood the plot line in some of the John Wayne movies, where he responded roughly to someone else's misbehavior.
No, I’m not confusing anything here. But you seem to be.
Telling someone to punch somebody out if they even “look” like they’re going to do something you don’t like is illegal, for starters. Throwing the first punch is assault, in fact...and that person would be going to jail.
Eminent domain used for private enterprise’s benefit is pure bullying and if it is not already, it should be unconstitutional. But to Trump ...apparently any win ‘at all costs’ rules his so-called ethics.
The John Wayne movies were just that. Movies...ie fiction. What? Are you trying to compare Trump with John Wayne here? Puhleeeze!
Trump
Donald Trump riling up his supporters against the media led to a particularly nasty comment aimed at one reporter that seemed to really set off a lot of media figures.
NBCs Katy Tur tweeted what happened to her yesterday:

OK Laz; keep going, haven’t heard anything I disagree with there yet.
Of course most folks who know me think I am somewhere to the right of Attila The Hun, personally I think Attila was a p#ssy.
I think you will find that I am not the only one, who sees a parallel between some of John Wayne’s well known roles and Donald Trump. As you probably know, John Wayne & his buddy Ward Bond were among the few real Conservatives in Hollywood.
I am not--perhaps unfortunately--advising Donald Trump on how to address hostile female media types. But there is a tremendous sense among Conservatives, generally, that the mass media have betrayed any claim to objectivity; any fairness or even basic integrity, in their reporting, querying or snooping for personal dirt. While I do not excuse rudeness to women; I do not have the time or patience to further address the problem. Again, I do not excuse men who treat women as they would another man. But it is not Conservatives who have created the present climate.

And that right there is one of the disconnects that I just don't get. Trump is no way, no how a conservative. Yet you compare him to a rare, known Hollywood patriot and conservative? [shaking head]
