The big take away tonight is that Trump has a ceiling of around 40% in most states or lower and that he doesn’t do as well in closed primaries as his poll numbers suggest because he doesn’t get nearly as many dem crossover votes. The vast majority of the upcoming states are CLOSED primaries. I would expect Trump to not do all that well on Saturday, especially if Rubio and Carson voters coalesce around Cruz. Thursday’s debate will be huge.
