Can you imagine the flattering pieces that would be in the press this week if a Dem had done what Trump did when he developed his luxurious Mar-A-Lago Club in Palm Beach (from a neglected property no one wanted). He insisted that membership be open to African Americans and to Jews, who previously had been refused membership in high end clubs unless owned by themselves. This was not well-received by many of the high and mighty with their segregated clubs in Palm Beach.
There is a World Golf Championship in Miami this week. Most of the world's top 66 pro golfers are playing at Trump National Doral Golf Club. Trump will be there on Sunday to award the trophy to the winner. With the upcoming primary in Florida, the golf tournament alone would be reason for many puff pieces about any Democratic candidate. If the MSM even mentions it, most of the story will be a litany of negative comments about Trump.
