Those people complaining about the discourse in this election need to read some history. The rhetoric, posters, etc., in many elections in the early 1800s were absolutely vicious.
It does seem that most of those complaining are suporting pro-GOP-Establishment candidates or candidates who are many percentage points behind.

That’s the reason I happened to catch the segment with that horrid Stuart Stevens and Trump’s national spokesperson.
I didn’t watch the remainder of her show, so I have no idea about Huckabee’s appearance.
I’m sure Huckabee is NOT intimidated by the witch. He worked at Fox News long enough to know what MEgyn is all about ... LOL.
