The one thing about Texas is out of the 155 delegates it is proportional as long as you have 20%. So, Cruz can “claim victory” but let’s see how many delegates each gets.
Might be for the best. We'll know within 10 days if Trump decides to sue on his loss, with basis being candidate ineligibility.

There are 47 at-large delegates allocated based on statewide totals.
108 + 47 = 155 delegates
