Dolly, everything I tried during my lifetime has only worked for a while. Except an occasional aspirin I don’t pay any attention to my headaches. I have tried so many natural products which have done nothing. Reflexology seems to help the most. Thanks.

As a natural practitioner I KNOW there are some balances to help in these hormonal issues. Most are just so stuck in the mental dilemma of “my doctor knows better than anyone” mentality.
Yup.. the doc who gets a LOT of money if you follow him w/o any positive benefits but gets NO money if you chose to go natural and get healed.

I heard on the radio today we didn’t even need to do that. It wasn’t required at all. If you voted for President on the first page, the vote counted. The FOURTEEN others were just to choose particular delegates if you had a friend or family member you wanted to send to the convention.
After all that!
I’ve read and heard that certain food items can cause or eliminate migraines. I’m sorry I don’t recall what they are.

The bitty bag at my local GOP office is anti-Trump. She kept the Trump yard signs in the back room. I caught her.
I saw her, today, at my precinct. I parked my car...with my YUGE Trump sticker on it, right next to hers. Even though I early voted, I had to check on something at my precinct. LOL.
