Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), whose hard-line conservative stances on immigration and trade have made him a favorite of the party’s base, endorsed Donald Trump's White House bid during a joint appearance here in his home state Sunday.
"Politicians have promised for 30 years to fix illegal immigration. Have they done it? Donald Trump will do it," Sessions said at the Madison City Schools Stadium, where thousands gathered to hear Trump speak. "I've told Donald Trump this isn’t a campaign, this is a movement."

Cruz may not treat everyone that way but many of his most strident supporter treat anyone who doesn’t worship Cruz with the disrespect being shown to Sessions.

The Cheap Labor Express does not know how to stop the Trump train headed right for them.
Unfortunately instead of doing what Cruz wanted, the Senate agreed with what Rubio and Trump publically advocated for, that illegals needed to stay here and be legalized.
Unlike you, I hold that against Rubio and Trump, not Cruz who was right on the issue by voting against the bill.

Even if that’s what he said though I heard it a bit different, Cruz is still siding with an amnesty lover over someone who has pledged to secure the border and deport. You can’t defend Cruz for that, it’s unconscionable.
This is the end of the Republican Party.
