Sessions has always supported Cruz. I am thinking about it and I do not understand the endorsement of Trump. Maybe Trump promised him something.

Sorry, it’s pretty clear Sessions doesn’t trust Cruz. He’s got the inside DC scoop and his rejecting Cruz speaks volumes.

Only Cruz has implied that Sessions “supported” Cruz. Never SESSSIONS.

I know, I know. Sessions was cornered by Cruz to throw him a bone on the GANG of EIGHT comment, but even then it was a nothing burger, Jeff made it short and sweet.

Sessions knows Cruz is a player. He knew it for certain when Cruz threw in with McConnell and voted for the TPA and rejected Jeff’s screaming a warning of disaster.

Cruz is a North American Union guy and clearly for AMNESTY. TRUMP and SESSIONS despise it all.

Cruz said he supports Rubio. That should tell you why Sessions did not support him.

With all due respect, perhaps he sees this election as the last opportunity to break up the Uniparty GOPe/DEMe party in Washington. We need a true outsider, and Trump is not bought by the GOPe Wall Street, Cheap Labor Express, etc. Trump can effect real change. The endorsements are filtering in from politicians and faith leaders.

It is a movement and history in the making. Hope you will keep an open mind :)

Sessions has always supported Cruz.

Not correct. Sessions has had positive things to say about each, and he attended rallies with each in south Alabama earlier in the campaign. And he worked with each on written immigration policies.

But a couple of weeks a ago, Sessions said that everyone should take a close look at where the candidates stand on TPP and the other proposed trade agreements. Cruz is simply not credible in his dancing around on TPA/TPP. That's probably what tipped sessions to Trump, as well as Ted's less and less honest behavior in recent weeks.
