It has been pointed out for months that Hillary almost never uses steps. She can approach a podium if there is a short step or two, but that’s it. Apparently the stroke affected her balance or her vision or her legs in such a way that she stands a good chance of falling if she uses stairs.
I imagine she could go up the ramp into the plane on her own power, holding the rails, but to an observer she would be obviously struggling and not performing the action in a normal way. It’s bad “optics”. (Probably in more than one way!)
Yep. Probably has puts both feet on each step before taking the next, likely with someone’s holding her at the same time.
