Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton takes a stance on a divisive Chicago issue in Wednesday's episode of Steve Harvey's talk show.
"This is an important question. No flip-flopping on this one at all. Deep dish or thin crust?" Harvey asks Clinton.
"Well, probably at this point in my life, thin crust," said Clinton, who was born in Chicago and raised in Park Ridge. "I've eaten a lot of deep dish over the years and enjoyed every bite of it."
Clinton discusses race relations, recalls how she met her husband and doles out grandmotherly advice on Harvey's show, which tapes at the WMAQ-Ch. 5 studios. Clinton was in town Feb. 17 to raise money and rally supporters.

"You think I got these cankles from thin-crust? C'mon, take a look at these lincoln logs..."
Either is fine by me...
La Villa in Chicago.
Best Pizza (and Italian food) ever!
I go there every time I visit family.
Steve Harvey responds: “The winner is....!”
Deep dish thin crust!
Obligatory.
Will you hold my pony tail as I vomit?
OK, I don’t have a pony tail.

Yep, back when she was still a “Goldwater Girl.”
Ill have to check em out!
Seems everybody loves Lou Malnati’s except for me. Too much crust, can’t taste the main ingredients and way over hyped in my opinion.
OH! ...WAIT, WAIT!! ...I've Made A Terrible Mistake!
About 6 blocks south of Midway on Cicero at 63rd.
An airline pilots (Southwest and Delta) hangout.
My “home-base Giordano” was LaGrange and 143rd.
And this is what these clowns think is important we are so screwed
“Hillary going on this talk show is so out-of-place in it’s shameless pandering...”
It is shameless pandering - but tactically, it’s a good decision by her campaign. She’s appearing in front of low-information voters who will likely go to the polls this November.
She knows Steve Harvey wouldn’t dare ask her any hard questions (Benghazi, etc) that could tarnish her in front of the low info voters who are watching.
Expect more and more of these types of appearances...(shaking my head)
You could see the evil brewing in some of the early pics. Maybe not those, but still...
About the only thing I will agree with Hillary on is that Chicago has great pizza. I grew up on the north side of the city of Chicago, and Hillary (who is about five years older) lived a few miles west of me in Park Ridge.
Giordano’s is good, but Gino’s East and Lou Malnati’s are my faves.
Hillary Clinton weighs in....
ugh...
She’s eaten a bunch of pie, alright.
