Many on the right have come forward in the past few days to outline why they will never vote for Trump, and their reasons are articulate, principled, eloquent, and moving. If it wasnât already abundantly clear from the last eight months, let me join the chorus; I will never vote for Donald Trump.
Never.

Still being totally disingenuous, I see.
Yawn. Anyways, yes, Trump has published a rather detailed immigration proposal, among other things. You should try reading it. It's not from a speech.
You're clearly more interested in shallow insults than thoughtful analysis. Have a nice day.
Well said.
*The âConservative Movementâ has been circling the Toilet for twenty-five years, it is time a political Roto-Rooter flushed it. I canât think of a damn thing so called âConservativesâ have accomplished in 25 years.*
I couldn’t agree more...
It’s a free country. We have a few nutballs who write in Ralph Nader or Harold Stassen in every election.
It’s one thing to love your country, it’s quite another to love it intelligently. It doesn’t seem to be important any longer to vet this man nor to the media pundits who simply entertain the masses with this circus.
They all ‘hail’ him as the destroyer of our political system but offer nothing in which will replace it.....except Trump himself....and that’s more dangerous then they can begin to imagine.
...” Trump drives away conservatives and supporters of the other candidates on a daily basis.”......
Which seems to me to be the intention...destroying conservatism and replacing it with “something else” nobody has any particulars on, from a man who flips to whatever will win this race..... FR posts certainly indicate that conservatism is no longer significant as it once was and should be.
Replacing it with what? A void will always be filled with something else....what do you see it as?
.....” I understand nothing anyone says will change the minds of those who hate Trump”.....
There is a window another poster mentioned.....who he would appoint to his cabinet. Some people were not exactly happy with Bush until he signaled who he would appoint.
Good to know you’d prefer Socialists and Marxists.
You get the future you deserve!
Whats disingenuous about asking for evidence that Trump believes and will do what he says he will?
We have years of evidence of his liberal position on issues.
Somehow a couple of speeches outweigh that?
You don’t really care do you?
...If Trump....”leaves the actual hard work of governing to all these conservatives [names a bunch of reliable social and constitutional conservatives] who know what theyâre doing. . . .â well, that would be a scenario in which I might be convinced to vote for the clown.”......
He has said he will be using his business friends to “get the deals” and that some of them are “bad” people we wouldn’t like. So if he’s already stated that’s his plan I cannot imagine him appointing conservatives unless they are supportive of his plans.
......”the Trump campaign is arguing that we should vote for a man with a long history supporting Democrats and liberal positions and no discernible concern about big government, who is temporarily advocating a few conservative positions, because he is not the Democrat candidate”.....
Well that’s just it....it’s as if voting in a Democratic race overall as his leanings are liberal for the most part. Thus who will he appoint would seem to be likewise a risk people are more than willing to take.
Yes.
.....”the Trump movement is looking more and more like a street riot masquerading as a political campaign”.....
It’s exactly what a celebrity candidate would generate.....Trump already had celebrity status going in which generated the rally numbers of ‘fans’ who sought to see their star. He also knew well how to manage the press after 30 years of making certain he was seen with Politicians and Elites. So it’s no wonder really, that his crows were the size they were....and the media certainly has offered him “celebrity status” for his escapades. Which in turn drowned out all other candidates from the start.
The playing field was never level to begin with.
Adding Sam Adams to the mix is OK with me, adding Robespierre is not.
They are their own worst enemies.
I’ve yet to find bigger sore losers sulking in their own sorrows than “principled conservatives”.
What RINO’s need to learn is that Corporate America is not really America.
He specifically addressed actives outside of abortion. Funny you forgot that.
As he did last week on Universal healthcare.
Again, he specifically addressed places where it seemed to work for certain populations under certain condition.
You're pissing up people's legs and telling them it's raining.
I am not a Trump fan... but I held my nose and voted for Bush. I held my nose and voted for &$#& McCain. I held my nose and voted for Mitt... How is Trump any worse than those ****s?
“Not sure why you pretend that you would have ever voted for Trump.”
I never have pretended. I’ve never implied that I’d ever vote for Trump.
In the beginning, I wasn’t going to vote for Trump because my candidate is Cruz.
Now, regardless the outcome of the primaries, I’m not going to vote for Trump ... because of Trump.
