What he said was so garbled I can’t undstand it. He was turning and walking away, so the sound quality was extremely poor.
I can’t imagine why he would have said it, either.
I don’t believe this video at all. Rubio is much smarter than that . . even IF he doesn’t believe the Bible has answers he would NEVER say it publicly while running for office as a CHRISTIAN.
