Trump is completely unpalatable to HUGE chunks of the electorate. EVen Hillary or Bernie—terrible candidates for some obvious reasons—have a good shot at winning 40 states against him. The weakest Republican candidate since Goldwater. And completely avoidable train wreck. Stop voting for him!

Mr. Trump has won over and over.
The people want Mr. Trump and what he speaks.

Are you on a different planet?

"Stop voting for him!"

I'm not a registered Republican so I can't vote for Trump in the Republican primary. The eGOP is embarrassing. It would take a lot more than I see from them to encourage me to register as a Republican. If Trump becomes the Republican nominee, I will vote for Trump and not for Hillary.

If Trump wins the Republican nomination -- do you think Trump exudes strength or does Hillary? She has coughing fits, barks like a dog, and is back to wearing her prism glasses. Her screeching voice reminds men of their ex-wives, and women of their hated 3rd grade teacher.

I'm assessing a very low probability to a Sanders candidacy. Hillary's Democrat superdelegate count makes it virtually impossible for Sanders to win the Democrat nomination. Obama won twice because voters believed that he was strong. Biden could be more problematic for Trump, but the clock is running out on the Democrat's window to rid themselves of Hillary prior to the convention. If that were going to happen, I would have at least expected the case to be presented to a grand jury by now.

Actually, in a multi-person race, no one is getting a majority. If you say Trump can’t get above 35% of the vote, then what about the others?

Cruz can’t get above 25%. Rubio 20%. Kasich 10%... And so on and so forth...

Based on this logic, Clinton or Sanders will beat them all worse than Trump.

What we have, FRiend, is the beginning of a campaign, that will go beyond the primaries and into the convention, where everyone will (hopefully) kiss and make up, and then join forces to beat one of the most corrupt politicians in our times who sees the presidency as her right in order to rule and take from us all, or an avowed socialist hell bent on destroying the businesses of America and turning us into a unemployed, living on government handouts hellhole.

No thanks!

If you think our founders envisioned a scenario of professional office holders deciding what our govt. would be like “for us” you are mistaken.

U.S. govt. has evolved into endless office holders lying their asses off perennially running for office. They greedily suck up all the dollars they can to oppose those who are actually willing to leave private enterprise to “serve in govt.” for a few years and make a difference.

Sorry I can't support Cruz or Rubio who are both bought and paid for lackeys of the GOP-e

I'm with you on this one. It's absolutely astonishing how many so-called conservatives think Rubio is dirt because he supported amnesty two years ago, yet they drool over Trump, who supported Amnesty this week. They call Cruz a liar, yet Trump packs more lies into one debate than the rest of the pack combined.

The media habitually keeps their powder dry for a weak republican candidate, then unloads on him after the nomination. They have huge ammunition against Trump, serial inconsistencies, unpresidential behavior, profanity, Planned Parenthood, and Depression causing Tariffs, to name but a few. They can turn him into Swiss cheese in a week once they turn.

Wow, is that you Dana PeRino? She’s running her Junior League/Bow-head mouth on Fox right now essentially saying what you’re saying.

If you want some great company of fellow losers, all posts are saved.

If I may, September last year and January this year are especially fine vintages.

You will not be disappointed.

Since you are so good at predicting the future, what are this week’s lottery numbers? Trump and Cruz are the only two that have a chance of beating Hillary or Bernie.

Looks like you guys are down to this one claim which is completely false. You are hanging your hats on one poll nine months out from an election when both sides are admitting he will take large pieces of the Dem coalition. What other candidate will do that?

The weakest Republican candidate since Goldwater. And completely avoidable train wreck. Stop voting for him!

If he is so weak, why can't the other GOP candidates beat him? Trump finished a strong second in Iowa, demolished the field in NH across all demographics, and won a landslide victory in SC. He is ahead in most states including the next one in NV.

Trump seems to be doing well across the board with his populist, anti-Establishment, nationalist appeal. Jeb with his $150 million budget has dropped out of the race.

The Reps have lost the popular vote in five out of the last six elections with Obama getting the two highest vote totals in American history. The GOP is a dying party. Trump is attracting new voters. Some polls have him winning up to 25% of the black vote, which would mean certain victory for the GOP.

Trump is not a weak candidate. Ask Christie, Santorum, Bush, Gilmore, Fiorina, Walker, Pataki, Paul, Huckabee, Graham, Jindal, and Perry.
