They all sound very scared of “The Donald” and they should be.

Since you are so good at predicting the future, what are this week’s lottery numbers? Trump and Cruz are the only two that have a chance of beating Hillary or Bernie.

Looks like you guys are down to this one claim which is completely false. You are hanging your hats on one poll nine months out from an election when both sides are admitting he will take large pieces of the Dem coalition. What other candidate will do that?

Mr. Trump has won over and over. The people want Mr. Trump and what he speaks. Are you on a different planet? I am on the planet where 60% of the primary voters are currently choosing someone other than Mr. Trump. So what planet are you on?

The media will go crazy if eligibility becomes an issue. They can’t really cover it. If they do it will be impossible not to bring ozero into the equation.

the Donald is not yet full formed. He is a work in process and two weeks from now he will be more politically formed than he is now. Newt and I agree on that and it's key to understanding Donald.

"make America Great Again" will join "American Exceptional ism".

He is coming along at a rapid pace.

Hey y’all (in my Diamond voice ;-)

Good Sunday morning AB and all

Good night last night!

There is a thread for Trump rallies usually every day - a lot of great FReepers that are Trump supporters on the thread. Anyone is welcome to join in and post (we sometimes talk about food and other things, too); however, Jim Rob has made it very clear that rally threads are off limits to personal snipes, etc., e.g., they are for the supporters of their specific candidate doing the rally.

There is a Trump rally in Atlanta, GA today at the Georgia World Congress Center at 4 GA time.

http://www.donaldjtrump.com/schedule

I’m not sure if the rally will be on TV - some are on CSPAN or one of the cable channels and One America (I don’t get that). They are always available on the internet at rsbntv and often on foxphoenix10
http://rsbn.tv/

If you haven’t been to rsbn, note that they play their own music or don’t have any music b/c of copyright - they don’t want to have to pay royalties to the music owners. They also have archives of previous Trump speeches.

Hope everyone has a great day!

The mandate he was talking about was mandating uninsured get some sort of coverage. It was asked in a two part question which some politician took out of context.

The biggest problem with taking Obmacare apart is going to be what do you do with the uninsurable. Your mandate gotcha is pretty dishonest and more of the usual politics.

No matter what is done it will still have to be pushed through congress and the mandate will be eliminated which will make it collapse.

Hey Bray,

Just returned from two weeks in the People’s Republic of Portland. Went down to the riverfront looking for you. Though you might be down there feeding the vagrants. Hope you realize I’m pulling your chain. Would have liked to meet you while there, but I’m thinking you are too busy fighting off the whackobirds that are western Oregon.

Trump complementing Jeb Bush on CNN. It was just not his time. Should have run four years ago. He could have beaten Romney.<\i> So, is it in the Art of the Deal to first piss on your opponents, and then when you win to praise them for loosing? No wonder The Donald does not go to Church, he would need to be in the confessional every week asking for forgiveness for the same sins

With the Bush dynasty officially over why is Rove even on that program? He hates Trump for calling him out, so why care what he thinks?

The problem with eligibility is that it sucks a lot of the oxygen out of the room when we have so many other pressing issues like isis, the debt, budget, economy, scotus. You name it.

Don't know about that, Rubio is not bad on so many issues, and LIVs may overlook or forgive the fast-talking Cuban on his vulnerable issues (amnesty etc)

Now that the Canadian may be falling back, Rubio appears to be the "less ineligible" as he was actually born here...to foreigners.

We have a country that has been under attack from within for seven years now! It needs a break.

And that is the result of a criminal/socialist system proffering, positioning and protecting an ineligible enemy agent. That includes, the RATs, the RATagandists and the RINOs.

No contradiction, as I read the correction he put out on this.

Perhaps you did not see the numerous threads on this issue and what Trump said in reply to his answer to Anderson Cooper.

Or perhaps you read them and disagree.

But either way, the thing you say—that he likes the mandate, has been addressed. He will dismantle Obamacare. Basing the idea he’ll keep it on saying “he likes the mandate”, which in his mind meant after Obamacare is replaced we don’t simply let people “die”, wrong. This claim is not something Trump believes, but it is one of the Left’s principle arguments to keep it, and is why he said what he did.

The idea that Trump will do a 180 and keep Obamacare is ludicrous, in my opinion. You’re hanging your hat on a very weak hook, FRiend.

Ooops, Bubble boy just referred to himself as a Cuban/American. I always have a problem with any title other than American. Either you are an American or you are not an American.

The GOP, Fox, media: I hear them say the reason we are angry is that nothing is getting done in Washington. HUH? I love Herman Cain, but on his radio show this week, he was trying to tell a caller why we are angry and he said it’s because nothing is being done in Washington, that the people want government to get things done. That is definitely not MY reason. I’m angry that the GOP has done NOTHING to stop obama.. that the GOP is a bunch of scared adults who have no allegiance to anything but them selves.

-- The media will go crazy if eligibility becomes an issue. --

Especially if the target is Rubio - his pattern resembles the Obama pattern, using the assumption that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Trump is the one driving the bus, unless some judge steps into line and actually does his or her job on a ballot integrity case.

I do agree with you, it is a minor issue in the scheme of things, at least in the mind of the public. While it is a side issue, it is also a decisive one. In my dreams, SCOTUS rules that Obama usurped the office. His officials actions stand on de facto officer grounds, but he and Congress are disgraced for the history books. Trump would be BMOC if he pulled that off.
