My observations on the Republican Primary
Fedupjohn

My observations on the Republican Primary.

The pattern of isolating one player at a time before taking them out, that Trump is using is very calculating.

He and his team studied each of the other candidates, their strengths and weaknesses and what they had to do to continue.

He used that information to egg them on and to let them expend money and energy to attrite each other, while he continued to suck up all the news cycles.

Mark Simone on 770 WABC Radio NY said to best the other day.

To paraphrase him, "South Carolina likes to see if you can take a punch before they will vote for you.

The 4 min takedown of both, Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz with no response sealed the deal".

Also the rant against George Bush & the Iraq War effectively took George out of the campaign as he had to cancel all his scheduled Townhalls in SC.

Now who is left, lets start with the 2 who aren't any threat, John Kasich & Ben Carson.

There is no need to be concerned them and they still have some use to suck up establishment votes.

NEXT TARGET....Marco Rubio. He has been the "Plan B" of the Donor Establishment, in case America still had a bad taste for their "Plan A" guy, Jeb Bush.
As the big donors move over to him, both they and him will be in the crosshairs of Team Donald.
Now that the Bush Family has been removed for the National Stage, Marco is target #1 and will not know what hit him.

In conclusion, it is in the best interests of Trump, Cruz, Kasich & Carson to take out Rubio and I think we will start to see that happening started in the next couple of days.

Just my Opinion Fedupjohn

Maybe you should check his voting record and the true facts of his donations.

I categorically reject the patronizing, trite analysis of the South by New Yorkers. Their elections are always nuanced and sophisticated, despite electing a long string of hardcore leftists, but Southern states are always bare knuckle fights at the county fair, they say.

It’s as simplistic as it is cliched.

“Trump is not a Republican”

Is that supposed to be bad?

The republican budget that was just passed funds Obamacare, funds planned parenthood and funds the relocation of Syrian refugees to the US.

IMHO, the problem is not that Trump isn't Republican. The problem is that he's not republican.

The Rubio is not a Natural Born Citizen if what I understand is correct. Neither one of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. He does not qualify.

What voting record??? The fact that he voted in the NY GOP primary?

So what?

The man gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to RATs like Reid, Clinton, and Pelosi for quite literally decades. Take a look at the liberal GOP candidates he supported...

Donald Trump is pulling one over on you... Anyone who votes for this clown will regret it. Guaranteed.

Maybe, but I will damn sure never regret not voting for Ted. Let him run into the wilderness for 8 years and learn a few things.

How can you tell? I can’t even tell he’s awake.

Seriously, he’s finished. I have more hope of being the GOP nominee than Carson.

Might this be the reason Rubio goes down ?

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/02/19/eve-south-carolina-vote-nations-ice-officers-detail-marco-rubio-betrayed/

Rubio was my choice after Cruz, but it hurt to read this.
I just trust Cruz to preserve the Supreme Court.
With the death of Scalia this has become the paramount issue.

Cruz has never been in the same camp as Rubio.

Show one incident of Cruz addressing any of the various racial supremacist organizations trying to get their vote.

One difference between Trump and Obama is that Trump actually has experience, leadership, and a skillset the country needs and Obama didn’t.

That is a huge difference. People recognize it, Trump’s promises are not empty like Obama’s were.

What we also need to bear in mind is that Trump is not a Republican, and Trump is not a conservative. He is sharp, and a slick talker, and makes deals... THAT was the same talk that got Obama elected who knew how to SELL to his constituents when he started.

Yep. The Medea (media) is helping him pull off the Golden Fleece.

How’d that argument work in NH & now SC?

Folks aren’t buying what you want to sell, thankfully!

Go Trump!

There is no doubt that Trump is using and isolation strategy to deal with one opponent at a time.

The GOPe is afraid of Trump. They have had their apple cart knocked over and their plans for amnesty and other things have disappeared into vapor.

I think everyone who supports Trump, has reservations about Trump. But they view him as the best chance to destroy the GOPe. They like that he’s not tolerating PC, and attacking the mediots too.

They want the entire cabal of leftist mediots, the GOPe, and the entrenched party apparatchiks, expurgated by any means necessary. If the vessel is Trump, then so be it. It doesn’t appear to matter that he doesn’t pass the purity test on a specific policy. The purity test they are applying is; they want the cabal destroyed.

That’s what I see in the many supporters of Trump that I know. The Cruz folks are more into the ideological purity tests, and he’s their guy. A troublesome insider.

We’ll see how it plays out. Only 4% of the delegates have been committed, and it will be more clear in the coming weeks.

The current trajectory seems to be Trump/Cruz 2016.

But he is not a politician
He is a capitalist
Substitute the word capitalist and you got Trump
The art of the deal is not about personal power but about
making money and money gives you power, not the other way around like politicians play it
He has that and none of the other presidents had that like trump
Name brand- got it
Big airplane of his own- got it
So many nice houses he doesn’t have to mooch vacation time at some donor’s estate on Martha’s Vineyard or Aspen

But unlike romney he doesn’t hide it or apologize for it
he works all the time, always has
In the words of his son, the Donakd is a blue collar guy with a big balance sheet and that is why he speaks to the blue collar class and they respond to him

Trump is amazing/fascinating. “Make America Great Again” is a brilliant meme backed up real goals vets/military strength, wall/immigration, education/commie core, trade/jobs, self-funding/lobbyists, etc., etc.

There is no downside in a loss. (Well, I guess Americans have spoken and didn’t want to “Make America Great Again” - not that Trump ever considered that downside).

I said it to family and conservative co-workers, “Remember this day August 9, 2015. Donald Trump is the next President.” I was not a close follower of Donald Trump, but it all made sense.

HOORAY Trump

Who is Don Galt? (I also said to my family, It’s like Atlas Shrugged with a better ending)
