The approval rating they are discussing is apparently a year old or older, and the survey was either not scientific or had something really wrong with it, but the media keeps pimping it out. I read this observation in a news article a few days ago but can't be bothered to look for it just now.

This reminds me of a line from the Renaissance Festival team of Puke and Snot:

Nikki Haley is popular with the Junior League/Bow-head wing(i.e., Dana PeRino/Nicolle Wallace)of the SC GOP. Rest of the folks not so much.
I don’t believe for a minute that Nikki Haley has an 80% approval rating in SC. I figured it was based on an old poll and a lie. I hope her endorsement actually hurts Rubio.
