Clinton was just the beneficiary of cheap oil paid for by our brave men and women under Bush the first. That is why the economy prospered. No one seems to mention this fact.

Sanders said ... "He [Clinton] was a dreadful president in general-for poor people."
That's because he didn't give away enough free stuff to the poooor. He also signed the welfare reform bill.
That's also why you'll hear some blacks say Øbama didn't do enough for them - no reparations and he didn't give away enough free stuff ( free college, houses, cars, etc.,) for "his people."
