Me too, got the cards, wrote personal letters etc, and you know as well as I do that the threat that transpired on that day was totally unforeseen... It is what Bush did after the attack that won my support, he went on the offensive, your Trumper forgets that or doesn’t care about it, Liberals do not defend America they apologize for our greatness and make us weaker, Conservatives stand up for Liberty and Freedom never apologize for our greatness. Trump will have to unite the party, the scorched earth plan and the destruction of fellow conservatives is not the way he may win over the old Reagan Democrats but I think they have evolved too far to the left and are not really there anymore, I guess we shall see, you have much faith, I don’t. However, I can still be won over, he just hasn’t said the right things yet.

Trump will likely win the most votes for the Florida and Texas primaries over Cruz. Not sure, but hope Trump wins both states in the primary and then in the general.

It most certainly does prove he’s qualified. He’s defended the US Constitution more than Trump has ever mentioned it, that’s for sure.

And right now, America NEEDS a Constitution defender. Not a deal maker.

I have more than minimum expectations for Cruz- a true Constitutional Conservative and gentleman.

Cruz is showing a marked difference between himself, Rubio and Carson.

Cruz is a damn fine candidate.

I’ve been here for several years. I got Christmas Cards from “W” every year he was in office. I really respected President Bush but he was in office when we were attacked. It was his job to keep us safe and he failed. He never defended his decisions so I’m certainly not doing it for him now. Trump is way ahead of you. He’s looking ahead to the big election and his moves. He’ll take the states Democrats think they have locked. I like his WIN game plan.

Well said. Cruz is still tossing out primary season red meat pablum to the base. Trump is already working on assembling a big tent to win the general election. Who do you think is winning?

Hope Trump wins South Carolina, Nevada and Super Tuesday.

And hope to see Trump accepting Rep Nomination in Ohio in July.

Bush had only one mandate after 9-11 and that was to get Bin Laden and Al Queda, nothing more.

It turns out though that Bush and his Neocons were already talking about going into Iraq from day one he got into office. All 9-11 did was give them an opportunity. It also let them form a huge Police State apparatus. In short the Terrorists won. They gave our government the excuse to go forward and also provided them with our new “State of Fear”, protect us from terrorism and it really can’t be done. So we cave and let our Freedoms be slowly eroded and our Free Society trampled on by our own government.

Bush, Cheney and the rest get nothing but my total contempt.

Cringeworthy? Really? It was charming. He was illustrating how he serenades his wife on the phone in response to AC’s question.

I dont listen to the polls. The only poll I listen to is the poll where we vote. Thats the one that matters.
