South Carolina Republicans will vote Saturday in a critical, first-in-the-South presidential primary.
But Ohio Governor John Kasich, fresh off his strong second-place finish in New Hampshire, doesn't plan to be there when the results roll in. Instead, he's spending most of the day in Massachusetts.

Kasich must be busy smuggling illegal immigrants across the border.
Why doesn’t he head back to Ohio and do his job. He has no chance of winning anyway. Is he still taking a paycheck?
Massachusetts seems like a state that Kasich can win.
I bet he can get all 340 Republicans to vote for him.
So Kasich is suspending his campaign on Friday. ;-)
“Kasich relased this news, not Cruz. “
Too bad such clarifications are necessary.
I heard the Massachusetts Republican party held their meeting in a phone booth. Is that true? LOL
and too bad I didn’t catch the spelling mistake.... released..
Probably is taking a paycheck. He would.
Kasich blew nearly his entire wad in NH.
I forget who explined that. He put all his eggs into that basket and it did not work. Now he has to try and make it up.
Yeah, but the way Cruz reads it as “Kasich is suspending his campaign.”
He’s a brilliant lawyer, you know... Sleazy brilliant lawyer.
I am sorry I have to leave now. I am laughing so hard right now people are starting to point and stare.
This is the GOPe working towards a brokered convention.
Someone died? I heard there were 341 Republicans in Massachusetts
True. The phone booth outside Tiny’s Restaurant in Ayer, Massachusetts.
We're probably better off without him here, since he takes his job as being to get as much money as possible to his deep pocket donors.
The problem isn't so much doing his job as providing leadership. His Lt Gov is an invisible woman and useless for that. The convention isn't that far away, and he should be making sure the state is sufficiently coordinated wit Cleveland and with security in keeping things safe.
With a strong ground game and enough $ support, perhaps Kasich can come in second in the Rhode Island, Vermont, and Maine primaries, too.
We don’t want him back.
What's a phone booth?

Frankly it’s just plain rude not to show up and throw a party for your supporters to say thank you. Maybe he doesn’t have any in SC?
