Trump: Scalia Murdered? ‘Unusual Place to Find a Pillow'
National Review ^ | February 16, 2016 | Ian Tuttle

It was only a matter of time. Donald Trump joined Michael Savage’s Tuesday radio show to talk about Antonin Scalia, and the result was . . . exactly what you’d expect:

SAVAGE: Donald, I need to come back to the topic we’ve all been screaming about here, which is Scalia, was he murdered. I know it’s pretty brutal to say that, and I’m not wanting to drag you into this, but this is going to be bigger and bigger and bigger. I went on the air and said we need the equivalent of a Warren Commission, we need an immediate autopsy before the body is disposed of. What do you think of that?

TRUMP: Well, I just heard today. . . . You know, I just landed and I’m hearing it’s a big topic, the question, and it’s a horrible topic. But they say they found a pillow on his face, which is a pretty unusual place to find a pillow. I can’t tell you — I can’t give you an answer.

even though it would only take 2-3 minutes of simple Google searching.

You do know that Google has been known to remove thing they don't like don't you?

I was only using ‘Google’ as an antonym for ‘search engine.’
I never actually use Google.

Interesting. Dr Monahan is not releasing Justice Scalia's health history due to confidentiality and yet Judge Cinderela has no such concerns, if she was, indeed told?

High blood pressure can range from moderate; controllable through diet and exercise to uncontrollable morbid.

Heart trouble can range from a blip on the ekg or occaisional racing to enlarged heart, major blockages or severe arrythmia.

This judge does not have the credentials to pronounce anyone dead, let alone such an important figure at such a pivotal time in history.

Our current dictator has done nothing to prove that he didn’t have Scalia murdered. If I was the Pres., I would ORDER AN INVESTIGATION and AUTOPSY just to prove Scalia was NOT murdered.
Obama, however, is instead hurrying ahead with his new appointee......

Didn’t know about that...so the pillow was OVER his head. What does that mean if anything? That he convulsed with a heart attack and the pillow pushed up? If the pillow was sitting over the head, and it was not unusual why say anything? Or is there some back tracking going on?

As for Trump...I listened to the interview on Savage Nation. Trump said he had been travelling...so one would surmise that he did not know the recent facts. All Trump said was that is was unusual, but that he didn’t know enough to go further. THe way the story was written and reported the last couple of days is that the pillow was over Scalia’s face...an honest assumption because really no one uses the term over the head in regards to a pillow.

The whole thing is a ball of confusion. If someone with some adult command there would have taken charge and ordered an autopsy then the whole thing would be kosher. Yup, more in likely he died of natural causes...but to put the whole thing to rest, a good protocol should have been followed.

My husband sleeps with his pillow over his head every night. Weird, but it’s what he does.

That said, BO & the Clintons are hardly above suspicion. An autopsy should have been done.

As long as you're not the one who put it there, it's OK. :-)

“But would a killer who smothered the justice with a pillow leave it over his head?”

Yes. They would. If it is intended to create suspicion. If it is intended to send a message. If it is intended to divide and create debate that distracts. Then it is working just as it was intended.

Of course there is always the possibility that he died in his sleep with no foul play at any time early in that day or even prior weeks and months. And it is possible that he liked to sleep with a pillow over his face. But I personally think that murder is the likelihood in this case.

He is just outright creepy, checks zero constitutional boxes, is scared of a girl asking unfair questions, hides behind veterans... I would never support him either. The Trumpeteers will slink back to DU where they belong and we have a candidate who checks constitutional boxes. He appeared to me to be Catholic, and right now I have reservations about that. Constitution in one hand, voting lever in the other.

...”Well yes, a pillow over a dead body’s face is a strange place to find it”...

As an American citizen, I feel defiled and very disturbed that a person holding one of the highest and most important offices in our land was found dead, pronounced to have died of natural causes over the phone, and, then no medical investigation was initiated as to the cause of death. If anyone in my town was found dead in the same circumstances as Justice Scalia, an investigation would have begun immediately. Why the cover-up? Only an imbecile would think this is not a very strange and unusual response to such an event. Are we already in a state of tyranny and just do not know it? Someone help me here. This is too disturbing.

...”soooo, a pillow over a dead man’s face isn’t even a little bit suspcious to you? Let me help you out herr, if indeed there was a pillow over his face, there is suspicion of foul play.”...

It really doesn’t matter where the pillow was. The issue is that no real investigation has occurred and that is insanely suspicious. If the lowliest homeless person in my town was found dead under these circumstances, an investigation would ensue. It is an insult to the intelligence of anyone to say that no investigation is needed in the strange death of Justice Scalia and that we should just believe that someone stated, for the record, over the phone that he died of natural causes, without having seen the body, after receiving second or third hand information. Are we already a Banana Republic?

Poindexter never said the pillow was over his face. He said it was over his head. Because of the speculation, Jake Tapper asked him if that meant his face. Poindexter said no, it was his head. Poindexter has not changed his story.

I could be wrong. I will freely admit it if I am, but as far as I have been able to determine, Poindexter never said a pillow was over Scalia’s face.

Point me to a source saying Poindexter said the pillow was over his face.

-- Well yes, a pillow over a dead body's face is a strange place to find it. --

I suspect this has happened before, in a natural death I mean. If a person is using a pillow to smother somebody, there would likely be signs of struggle, and the murderer would likely try to rearrange the scene to make the death look natural.
