Sarah Palin -- what happened?

Posted on 02/16/2016 5:19:19 PM PST by mtrott

This is a serious question. Just curious what has happened to Palin. Has she even once been seen with Trump since Iowa? I'm beginning to wonder if Trump just latched on to her in a last ditch attempt to reel in "the evangelicals" in Iowa and pull out a win there, and then dropped her when that failed.

Actually she did. You must have missed her comments re: her support for Trump.

NOT a mind reader ... who is 'she'? Trump said Sarah call him... Cruz campaign jerk launched into a childish fit before the announcement was made... Cruz had to roll back the jerk.

Part of the problem is that there are a few seminar posters involved with some of the campaigns.

She endorses Donald Trump, OK, does that mean she married him and has to be by his side endlessly?

Or, like any other endorsement by anyone, it just means she supports his run. Others that endorse anyone are not constantly in the public eye with the one they endorse, why should Sarah?

I just don’t see anything serious about this wonderment at all. Just too much real stuff to sweat.

Palin has been being ripped to shreds in Facebook comments on her pro-Trump posts.

Facebook lightweights don't get paid hundreds or thousands of dollars an hour to rip Palin to shreds, like the Media professionals did, and do.

She'll survive.:)

#100 And she deserves it. I hope her PAC collapses. Like we need more Nikki Haley and Kelly Ayottes. /s

I'm one of the meanest of the FR Trumpkins, as you well know, having duked it out with me before. :)

My hunch is that her son was involved with that drunk girlfriend, another scandal was created (he had the most wounds), Palin was forced to soldier on with her support announcement, but it was agreed that she would lay low and take care of things on home front?

You are right. Unfortunately some on here are the same players every 4 years. Same b.s.

They then start baiting posters and whining to the mods to get them banned.

I’ve watched them do it since 04.

It’s not hard to see who the players are. However the bannings are not nearly as bad as the past I am thankful for that.

You’re still standing, but you’re VERY wary of the right cross, now. :)

Palin’s mother-in-law also died just before Iowa. So she and Todd have been hit from both generational directions. And the Iron Dog starts Saturday for Todd.

Not a Trump supporter but like Sarah a lot, but Trump didn’t latch on to Palin, Palin endorsed (latched onto) Trump.

There must have been a hundred high-profile endorsements in this campaign so far. They make their endorsement, hang around for a rally or two and then they go back to their regular lives. Even Glen Beck only hung around Cruz for a day or so (and that's probably a good thing for Cruz).

In other words, there's no controversy here.
