OK, there are people standing.... in front of their chairs.

I think maybe you don’t know what the term “standing room only” means.

We instruct all of our folks doing this to NEVER leave anything at a number of homes: any with for sale signs or for rent signs in yard; obvious empty homes; homes with appearance of being abandoned (i.e. overgrown grass, etc.) If some one is at home and directs them not to leave anything, they don't or they do try to engage folks in a conversation and say who they are and what cause (i.e. pro-life, pro-marriage or other) they represent. They are instructed to never, ever be deceptive about the candidate or cause they are representing.

As I've said, these young or not so young (some times they are moms with kids tagging along) do this because of their love of America and our common family values and do not ever lie about who they are walking for. I have donated thousands of hours doing just this for pro-life issues.

These PACs are usually funded by a group people who support conservative causes and are allowed by law to come together to support the causes where their hearts lie and where they have donated their time for years!

If I’m going to vote for a pathological liar, I may as well vote Trump.

At least he doesn’t pretend to be a “christian”.

Probably pinning the shaming letters door to door to make sure they arrive. :-)

We conservatives do this (go door to door) regularly in KS!

What’s “dirty” about it.

We knock on doors, if no one home, we leave hang tags asking for votes.

KS Pro-life candidates win by personal contact whenever and wherever possible!

Are you being paid by a SuperPac?

Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t have dandy little smart phones with your whole internet history, address and church going habits programmed into them. Jehovah’s Witnesses are annoying. Cruzers are sinister.

Wow...internet history, church going habits? Cruz has that? If so, I would agree that is creepy. I have see a little about the data collection by their campaign, but had no idea it went this deep. How can they have internet history and church-going habits? Not doubting you...just wondering, and do you have some specific links on this?

No but sometimes the advocacy PACs pay for our printing and help students driving materials around our district money for gas and expenses but we always know and approve the PACs.

Occasionally they are Pro-life, Pro-marriage, Pro-Second Amendment, Pro-school choice, supporters for low, fair or flat taxes!

As PACs don't communicate with a candidate, they are "issue advocacy" and there is nothing "dirty" about what's going on.

In KS, the only people claiming that doing so are usually the pro-abortion, NEA Union lobbyists, pro-homosexual agenda and is "desperate," losing or doing something illegal themselves!

I did.

Still don’t get what yuo are wanting me to see.

I asked for information or links...how is this information gathered and sold to campaigns?

It’s ok, if you had a link, you would have posted.

OK, but from what I read, seems that it is the PAC paying for people to do this—in addition to expenses like pringing and gas.

Also, seems like it is not issue advocacy...it is more like candidate advocacy.

I have gone door to door for candidates as a volunteer and part of their campaigns, and I have also participated in pro-life activities...

Just seems that perhaps this activity is different...I am looking for more information and clarification.
