Sitting on his campaign bus - laptop, turkey jerky, and coffee all nearby -Jeb Bush was befuddled over his campaign's failure to capture more attention from the news media.
"I could drop my pants," he said in an interview. "Moon the whole crowd. Everybody would be aghast, except the press guys would never notice."
Bush is entering the final days of his last stand, and hints of exasperation are leaking through his cheerful, stoic demeanor. Without a major comeback in New Hampshire on Tuesday, or, absent that, a Bush miracle in South Carolina later this month, he will face increasing pressure to bow out of the race.
Bush's problems are infinitely greater than the bored "press guys" staring at their smartphones in the back of his town hall gatherings. It's the tectonic shifts in the Republican Party. It's the voters, with their white-hot anger at the status quo. It's his family name. It's him.
The press isn’t Jeb Bush’s problem. He is. He cannot sell himself to the voters.
Except to question how your wife ever got pregnant. Now gtfo...
Yep. Bush is a liar...

At the debate, Bush blushingly denied he had ever said that.
“For the record — make sure my mother’s listening, if she’s watching to the debate,” Bush said. “I didn’t say that I was going to moon somebody.”
Trump’s response: Yes, “you did say that.”
What Trump was referring to was a recent Boston Globe interview where Bush complained about his lack of coverage from media outlets.
“I could drop my pants,” Bush told the Boston Globe in early February. “Moon the whole crowd. Everybody would be aghast, except the press guys would never notice.”
Rude but very funny!!!
“Liar, liar, pants...”
They’re gone, but it ain’t fire.
I don’t know. If the sun were bright, the shiny white reflection might make the TV guys think their klieg lights were on, and they’d start mumbling something derogatory about Trump or Cruz...
He did deny it. “For the record â make sure my motherâs listening, if sheâs watching to the debate,” Bush said. “I didn’t say that I was going to moon somebody.”
Thanks for the laugh... Yeah, I feel all of em behind me often..
He should do it.
Time for the annual family reunion at Bohemian Grove is it?
I remember that. Were they part of it?
Sounds like a personal problem Jeb.
Jeb’s correct answer:
“Yes, I said it. I was just kidding around, and if we were honest we’d recognize when Trump is just playing around with words.”
So who could tell the difference between Jeb’s face or behind?
Love the Lindsey photo and caption!
My response to Jeb! is that he should just go and do it.
This reminds me of a great episode in “Married With Children” where things are going so badly for Bud that, while in class, he assumes he must be having a bad dream. If he’s dreaming, why not drop ‘ em? Embarrassment ensues.
