Great point. A lot of people are scratching their heads and wondering why there are people defending the Iraq war. They don't care or don't know about what happened before or after and a debate isn't the place to educate them. Trump is tapping into the here and now and not stuck defending party policy and party decisions. He'll piss off some Republicans but he'll gain more supporters then he'll lose.
All this angst against trump. Just about everything he said is true.
I bashed Bush toward the end as much as anyone but to embrace he was responsible for 9-11 when he’d been in office less than 9 months and didn’t even have a full staff because the Democrats were blocking his nominations after the close election? Ridiculous.
Trump didn’t say Bush was responsible for 9/11. He was responding to this “W. kept us safe” trope and that needs to end. He didn’t keep us safe. Sorry you don’t like that fact but it is what it is.

Cruz and Carson are both giving actual information about what they would do and how they would do it. Trump just says he’ll give everyone the moon with nothing to back it up. I don’t get it. Why is everyone so enamored with him? And why do they keep cutting Carson off with commercials?
