Criticizing the decision to invade Iraq and conduct a "hearts and minds" war is one thing, and is quite justified, imo.
Blaming Dubya for 9/11 is quite another.

This is absolutely true. This was one giant fiasco. Iraq is in total turmoil. We need to commit or get out. Trump has a much better plan.
