Election, by Proxy.
An extraordinary development has occurred in the 2016 Presidential election.
Supreme court Justice Antonin Scalia has died. A Senate confirmation of any Obama appointment is not likely to happen during this election cycle. The GOP, all be it e, Senate will find this decision way too political for them to make. The Democrat party's two candidates will also want a say on the direction of the Court. This election for the Presidency of the United States of America will be decided by what the people think of their Supreme Court nominees. Much of which will be crafted be our Media and will allow them free rein to attack the Candidates potential nominee.

It's going to get insane.
I’ve done my best to express my expectations of what we will be talking about as a result of this sad news.
Unfortunately, I don’t see many Freepers, beyond yourself, that truly understand how this will play out.
