Fox News anchor Bret Baier tweeted this quote from Donald Trump's recent interview with Greta Van Susteren, prodding me to snark that it'll be fascinating to watch Trump's cult of personality cheer on his inevitable mass amnesty proposal:
In fairness, if you watch the clip, it's seems like he's mostly referring to his conduct on the campaign trail. His "rapid change" comment comes in the context of being challenged on whether dropping F-bombs and amplifying an audience member's mockery of Ted Cruz as a "pussy" is presidential behavior. Don't worry about that, Trump says. I'll clean up my act "as I get closer and closer to the goal:"

The SC poll and the national poll today are show stoppers for the loyal opposition.
They’re stunned, I think.
But they are on our side. I want them to come around. It will take a while.
Saw a clip of Obama on the Ellen DeGeneres show and, for a second, I was hopeful the next president would be more dignified. Then I remembered Trump.
“Cruz supporters donât have much to go on, so have to misinterpret ever single thing and try to spin it, even lying in headlines.”
Then they will ask you how can you support Trump based on their own made-up assertions!
Trump still on target to be the run away winner by March 15th. Countdown to reality for everyone: 32 days.
Is it a stupid premise? Read this and tell me if you still feel that way.
“And what did Trump expect to get for his money? Because don’t forget, it was Trump that said he put money into candidates so he could get what he wanted. It was Trump that said he was part of the problem. His donation to Graham was in 2014, a year AFTER the Gang of 8 bill was proposed, so I guess he felt he got his money’s worth.”
If one does not believe in something that was done you don’t continue donating to the very members driving what you don’t believe in. Trump truly believes in nothing but Trump and what most benefits him
Who are you or anyone else to say why Trump gave certain people money?
I’d say Trump gets to say why.
All you or anyone else can offer are speculations and assumptions.
Leading in polls doesn’t make him any better. There are many who won election, who dominate polls, who draw huge crowds who shouldn’t be President.
Sounds like Hillary’s campaign mantra, too.

So you take umbrage at Trump for donating yet have no problem with Cruz’s Super PAC accepting millions in anonymous money laundered donations? Pot. Meet. Kettle.
I love when you Trumplickers take time to explain Trumps own words for him. Like a mommy explains what her 6 yr old was really trying to say. These quotes are damaging because Trumps recent change of heart regarding all things Democrat makes the notion of flipping back not just plausible, but in the minds of many likely. But please, continue translating Trump speak to what you want it to mean for the rest of us. Its entertaining if nothing else.
So we maybe we do get a megalomaniac alpha-child nominated. I suppose the country deserves Trump. I hate to see America end this way though.
First New Hampshire and now Massachusetts, impressive.
How is Trump doing in Vermont? Are the University of Berkley Campus Republicans on board yet?
” No one except Trump can say that the reason he donated to those on the gang of 8 was specifically to âfinance the gang of 8â. Heâs never said that was the reason. The fair thing to do would be ask him, a very unfair thing to do is make an asinine assumption.”
Why did he finance Hillary Freaking Clinton by $100,000’s?
Face the facts, Trump is a NYC LIBERAL!
Yeah. That’s why Hillary has a thousand times more people showing up to see her than Trump does.
Trump is a NYC ‘values’ liberal. But too Trumpkins, it’s ‘Irrelevant.’
You seem to doubt democrats will solidly back her in November as if they have some hind of scrupulous against her or something. Meanwhile Trump splinters the base. Enjoy your President Hillary.
Tell that to Iowa.
