Actually he is taking a productive job from a younger person who may need that a job. Sorry that is the way I see it.
Thank You, Jesus!!!!!!! This is a wonderful story!!!
God, please continue to bless James Robertson!!!
Huh? You can say that of everyone, even yourself.
Where’s your head?
Can’t really retire on $360G. So since he still needs work, he’s not taking a job from anybody.
He's only 57, how can he retire on 360K?
I was raised that a man gets his self worth from hard work and staying busy, have do disagree with you on this one.
Youre world must be a very sad one. How do you figure hes taking? Id love to hear more detail....please tell us.
Good for you but no need to apologize for being a:

Sure. He's 57 years old, about time for him to go find a corner to sit in and die. /sarc
Well, you see it wrong. No one is owed a job.
OOPSIE! forgot a smiley face!!!! :-)
what?
If that’s the way you see it, may I respectfully suggest you stop looking?
A little young to retire.
Actually he is taking a productive job from a younger person who may need that a job. Sorry that is the way I see it.

What are you talking about? He’s 57 years old and you think he should quit his job?
Should every 57 year old with 360K in savings also quit their jobs?
He is not taking anything from anyone, he’s keeping the job he has earned through his efforts.
I’m not at all following you on this one.
I’d like to find the “younger person” who has the same work ethic!
He’s only 57, for shiites sake!! What do you expect him to do ? Sell his $15,000 dollars for $7000 and go on welfare for 9 years? Learn economics, and quit relying on the gubbmint to take care of you. What a reprobate.
Ever consider he might need that productive job, and be very good at it? Experience counts, too.
Well...here's the way I see it.
Someone who FEELS that one hard working person is TAKING a job from another person,
ACTUALLY feels ENTITLED to a job (or anything else) himself.
Here's a hint for you. There are only so many jobs available. Want a job? Either create one yourself OR work harder than somebody else.
Their ain't no participation trophies in real life. You got to go and prove yourself every day.
And you know what?
This guy DOES JUST THAT!
HIS BOSS...basically says that.
My grandpa owned his own farm. WORKED it up until 3 months before he died...2 months short of 93.
If a man WANTS to work, whether he is old or rich, NOBODY should make him step aside...
simply to make room for someone else.
That attitude just makes me want to backhand someone.
One of my favorite John Wayne movies is McClintock. In one scene, a young (prideful) settler NEEDS a job, to provide for him and his widowed mom. The young man doesn't take a simple no. and gets feisty with GW McClintock (Wayne).
GW hires him because of his persistence.
It leads eventually to one of my favorite Wayne quotes:
"I don't give jobs, I hire men."
Someone who feels someone else is keeping a job from them, in my opinion is just another GIBSMEDAT.
"GIBSMEDAT job.
If he wasn't workin' it...then eyescouldshabsit."
This guy walked MILES to and from work every day, FOR YEARS...and does a good job on top of that.
His boss didn't GIVE him a job. HE...HIRED...A...MAN.
Kinda tough to replace someone like that.
Maybe if you want his job so bad, maybe you need to prove your a better worker than him.
That's okay!
We need the Moron View, for balance.
How sad. It is so hard to find a job after 50. You should be ashamed to feel that way.
You did forget to put the “/sarc” at the end of the line did you not?
If not, you certainly a sorry person!
