Didn't I make it obvious enough? Yes. Particularity the "very well" part, in context with all else he's done or said. However, in a stand-alone remark it's not as bad as the other stuff that were included in that post that you're replying to. Fact of the matter Rush is more like Trump than any Cruz supporter will admit.
Cruz two times the Constitution which is far more offensive to me than how many women either of the above have been with. Get it, Cruz is a fraud, trying to take Moses (the law giver) seat.

But as I have read comments on here Rush is carrying Ted's water, calling him a next Reagan conservative... At least from what I read, Rush no longer praises Cruz for following the 'original intent' of the Constitution... Something fishy going on in talk radio.

Why don’t you guys just throw off anyone who is for Cruz, or finds anything even remotely questionable about Trump. Then you can be one big ole Communist party where everyone agrees and no with differing speech is allowed. It will be so wonderful then, won’t it skeeter!

The concepts of allowing for cross state buying and HSAs address those that have insurance and need alternatives.
You want to core Medicare out - you want to give the states the tools to root out fraud. Give them auditors, FBI agents, funding for prosecutions. That will reduce the cost and allow for the system to be used ONLY by those who need it.
Going after big drug companies for drug pricing allocation and then promoting expanding Medicare to cover the rest is not the best first step.
