Trump said, in response to host Bill O'Reilly arguing illegal immigrants would be entitled to due process before being deported, "If they're here illegally they may or they may not be [entitled to due process]. Just like the argument we had about the anchor babies. In my opinion, you don't need -."
After O'Reilly cut in to object, "I'm telling you all settled law says once you're here, you are entitled to our constitutional protections, every single case."
Trump countered, "I disagree.

Trespassers when caught are REMOVED....all over the world.
True and in Mexico they put you in jail and extort as much money from your friends and family before you’re released.
I say we reciprocate.
Bill displays a small sign of intelligence - a very small sign However he does have a big mouth and voice. Illegal aliens have absolutely no rights in OUR country. Ignorant fools being politicians and judges are the only group who have given the criminals status. And then we see public education telling students over and over again this is settled law so it must be true. These radical folks have taken our Constitution and twisted it into a pretzel in order to fit their agenda. It is NOT supposed to work like that. THE CONSTITUTION IS FOR AMERICANS!!
They have, more importantly, rewritten the NBC term to fit the candidate they would be more likely to want to see into office for President. What a bucket of hogwash.
On that part we agree - there has to be a process for making the determination.
I read O’Reilly’s appeal to due process as being much more than that, however. He appears to be saying they have full rights as if citizens and/or legal presence. I object to that level of “due process” being applied.
Dues process for ILLEGALS is "political correctness" at work.
If you catch them coming in they do not get a hearing. The End.
We already have Immigration courts.
“Reassign” all the current judges

Its not that hard to manage, the infrastructure is there.
It is the will that has been missing.
Didn’t Obama just put the UN in charge of screening the folks coming to US from Central America?
Thank you for the clarification, What I believe Trump will do is establish a track for certain families that will encourage the waiver of the hearing and a means for the “touch back” approach to make sense. This would not be for everyone, but would have the effect of telling the illegal crowd what is expected of them if they want a shortcut to a status that is more legal.
Lots of things in Trump’s proposal are still not defined. Of course this is by plan. One thing that is certain is that the wall must exist to enable the rest of the plan to work. It may be coming to the time when more of the plan needs to be exposed to the voters.
No question that there are many more illegals than judges, but large deportation numbers have been done in the past. In my view this is the time to have the discussion and fix the broken system. It will work to some illegals’ advantage and to others — their family will end up back in Mexico. This is actually what a majority of the voters want and has been missing for 30 or more years.
40% of illegal immigrants are those who have overstayed their visas. Due process is legally fast and easy if the law is upheld. The problem is Obama has made it harder to deport these illegals.
Return to the laws on the books, and deportation of 40% of the illegals can be “fast and furious”, to borrow a phrase.
O’Reilly is an idiot.
The office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees will now conduct initial screenings to see whether migrants from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala may qualify as refugees eligible to come to the United States legally.
But people will still be coming by all methods, legal and illegal, since they know Obama has suspended enforcement of most all immigration laws related to illegal entrants.
They are entitled to contact their consulate.
