Groovy. So let them sell them to the Mexicans.
This is why Trump mentions Ford Motor Co. during his rallies.
He is shaming them for it.
I’d like to know more about this. I saw a special a couple of years ago about the Ford plant in South America. It was a city, with all of their major subcontractors under the same roof. They reported great efficiency with this model, but said it could never work in the US because of the way union contracts were structured.
I would like to know more about the role unions play when it comes to restricting new ideas and innovations in the factory.
Trump will stop this. Don is ahead of the curve once again!
I won’t be buying another Ford. Already wasn’t going to buy another Chevrolet or Chrysler after cash for clunkers.
Well . . . the southeast . . . we appreciate BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Toyota, Honda, VW, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai and whatever other mfgs. have located plants in our region.
Ford is also ceasing all production in Australia this year. Maybe they’re planning to shift all production to lower labor cost countries.
I am so glad I bought all my American cars built in America by Americans. Hopefully they’ll still be on the road after I die.
If you want fewer Mexicans coming to the U.S., you should be happy when factories are built there.
I thought trump stopped this.
Look for the union label...
Me: Hey Ford, hear you’re building more cars in Mexico.
Ford: Yep! We can build ‘em a lot cheaper down there.
Me: Following that line of thinking, do you sell these Mexico-made cars for less than comparable American-made Fords.
Ford: Nope! Same price for both. Fair is fair.
Me: Who gets the dollars that are the difference in price?
Ford: Uhhhh... look, a squirrel!
Pretty ballsy move on Ford’s part considering who the next President is going to be, I would say Ford is doing an “in your face move” aimed at the Donald. Big mistake by Ford.
Proves Trump’s point. This should get him a few more votes.
The Ford Fusion I drive was built in Mexico. All you complaining should really do a web search on Ford factories around the world. Or any other manufacturere for that matter.
Cruz, Rubio, Trump...what they said about Trade & Guns in their announcement speech. Stunning comparison. http://freerepublic.com/focus/news/3395582/posts?page=136#136
