Rev. Frankin Graham is meeting them in the morning to organize an organized surrender. FBI will not escalate tonight, they must come out with their hands up and will not be 'taken down' on the ground by police

Sounds like the law New York state passed a few years ago, `Annoying a LEO’ or something, designed to prevent people from taking pictures of arrests or searches, whatever.

It sound like the three guys will surrender to a congresswoman and Franklin Graham. I think the congresswoman is on her way - I’m not sure about Graham. I know that on his FB page he has offered prayers to the protesters and the FBI.
The gal hopefully will submit to her fellow protesters in surrendering - but it sounds like she would rather die in a hail of bullets.
I agree with the county lockup, but these are the feds...they don’t play around.

She’s agreed to surrender too, they’re all in agreement. Now they’re trying to get back to their tent so they can get warm for the night.
