As much as I love Cruz as a conservative, there really is a voter rebellion underway and it may be unstoppable. Despite all the denials, the simple truth is the voters really are fed-up and really are up in arms against the establishment.
Trump's message is exactly what the voters are looking for:
Build the wall, enforce the law, deport them all, slap a moratorium on Muslim immigration, bomb the hell out of ISIS, cut the taxes, cut the spending, cut the regulations, cut the government, cut the bad trade deals, cut the political correctness crap, bring back capital, bring back manufacturing, bring back jobs, get the economy back on track, rebuild the military so no one messes with us and make America great again!
It's a winning message.
The rallies are real.
The pent up anger is real.
The rebellion is real!
GOPe RINOs Bush, Rubio, Kasich, et al, stand no chance whatsoever.
We still have hope for conservative Cruz to pull it out, but this is Trump's Rebellion to lose.
Go, Cruz, GO!!
Go, Trump, GO!!
Either way, we win, they lose.
There is a difference between using the "full powers of the presidency" as allowed by the U. S. Constitution and using one's powers as the president beyond the limitations of the Constitution.
I hope we're not advocating Trump do exactly as Hussein did after all his extra constitutional shenanigans. God help us if we're becoming like them.
Sorry, I can't join you in that. If Trump is the GOP nominee, I will vote for a 3rd party or write-in.
Trump will not govern as a conservative. I have been waiting 25 years for a conservative to again wrest control of the GOP from the Establishment. We are now so close, but if elected, the Donald will set the conservative movement back 40 years.
>>Heâs got no track record on most of them
How many years have we been saying, “I’m sick of having to choose between politicians! I want a Citizen-Statesman who rises up from the private sector and takes on the entrenched political machines of both parties and then plans on going back to the private sector. I want someone who has built wealth, paid taxes, created jobs.”
How long has that been our Holy Grail? Now, we worry about “track records”?? smh
I wanna cram Trump down the throat of the establishment that crammed amnesty and the Won and everything he stands for down our throats.
Hey, if Donald Trump can build the political juggernaut he has built and make the mainstream media pay for it, why couldn't he build a wall at the Mexican border and make the Mexicans pay for it? :-)
Jim: I live in NH and am active in local politics. This is amazing I have never seen any thing like it since Reagan.
Agree! Especially Sessions. He is tough on illegal immigration and could be of invaluable service in Trump’s agenda.

OMG I hope Trump can overcome these BASTARDS!!!
And 100% dead-on.
“Hope I’m not not just dreaming here.”
I’ve had that recurrent dream myself. But then I snap out of it.
When I wake up and remember the names on the Senate Repubican roster, I realize it was only a dream. They will never vote Ted majority leader.
Look at what he’s built already. A wall would be a piece of cake. Don’t even have to put in a bathroom! It’s a wall.
Agreed. Most people on this forum need to watch Andy Griffith in the movie “A Face in the Crowd” from 1957. Quite the parallel.
Yes.....Trump will make it EXPEDIENT for Mexico to pay for the wall!!!!!
It is a rebellion, divided into two ideological camps. Trump’s camp is akin to the French Revolution and Cruz’s camp is much closer to the the American Revolution. Either way the Establishment falls, but it is the aftermath that is night versus day. Beware the pitfall of rejoicing when a new evil overthrows the old.
The poster seemed to be disagreeing with JimRob, but he was cordial about it. That’s why I joked about him getting the zot.
It would be best for all concerned that a President Trump nominates Ted Cruz for the Supreme Court.
