The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) has launched a six-figure TV advertising campaign in South Carolina, in advance of the state's upcoming presidential primary.
The anti-illegal immigration group's TV ad argues that the cliché call to "bring illegal immigrants out of the shadows" should be applied to Americans who have been hurt by illegal immigrants.
"For years, Americans have been told that we need to bring illegal aliens out of the shadows. Here's a better idea. Bring Americans victimized by immigration out of the shadows," Dan Stein, the president of FAIR, says in the ad.
The television commercial was launched Tuesday and will play in all the major markets in South Carolina "hundreds of times" over the coming two weeks, according to FAIR.
"Here's a better idea," Stein continues in the ad. "Bring Americans out of the shadows. The millions who lost jobs to foreign workers, the victims of crime thanks to broken borders, American kids whose places in college were taken by illegal aliens. It's time for Americans to come out of the shadows and speak up."
The ad will air in South Carolina as the presidential candidates make their play for the state's delegates. The Republican presidential primary in the Palmetto State is February 20 and February 27 for the Democratic presidential primary.

Knowin’ just what they mean I say ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS are/have been hurt by illegal alien immigration. NOT just those physically victimized.
It’s beyond time to flush the system of the Commie’s responsible, as well the self serving wannabe overlords.
They are illegal aliens. They have broken our laws.
Those ads will hurt Bush and Rubio, and help Trump and Cruz.
And what about the hoards of Cubans streaming across our Southern borders now Cruz? What will you do about that? HMMM?

We’re already 19 trillion in debt. We cannot afford this hoard.
We need to take care of our own first.
Our elders and veterans are suffering..our hiways and bridges are falling apart.
We cannot take care of the whole world.
This flood of Cubans needs to be stopped.
Yeah, let’s bring these illegal aliens out of the shadows and DEPORT them to the Third World homes they came from. That includes their kids also. They can reapply for immigrant status like those who immigrated here legally.
I believe Senator Cruz's plan specifies that anyone who ever entered the United States illegally would be forever barred from receiving citizenship. I do like that approach better than Mr. Trump's plan to send them all home but bring the good ones back.
Just from a personal standpoint, if someone breaks into by home and I have to kick them out, I am not likely to invite them back in. If we truly need labor, there are plenty who are standing in line waiting to get here legally.

The correct term is Illegal Invader or the more P.C. Illegal Alien
Can’t argue that point at all. 30,000 is ... odd and obviously overwhelming, especially given past inflows. I don’t quite get how/why Cubans would be coming in via that route. But for right or wrong, they are classified as legal.
We own this issue...
And we’re supposed to take care of them what with being already 19 trillion in debt??
At the current rate of in flow, Cuba will be empty and they’ll all be over here for us to take care of- while our own seniors, veterans and the like suffer.
Obama has ordered a ‘stand down’ to the border guards to let in thousands upon thousands of future Rat voters- including Cubans.
Somebody needs to put a stop to this!!
