** The above two tables make a strong case that in NH there were only two winners - based on money and days spent by candidate for their votes. **

The last included this graph:
Interesting! I had the impression that Cruz had a bigger presence in NH. I guess he was really focussed on IA and building his networks for Super Tuesday?
Trump Real Clear Politics Plus 16 February 9th before his bump
Yet Fox never mentioned it nor put Trump on their website last night
Number 5 Rubio was on it at 2 AM.
Dana Perino says Trump can't win South Carolina
She hasn't seen his huge crowds in South Carolina or his Poll numbers
I think Cruz’ presence in NH was his grass roots Cruz Crew army that are volunteers. He had a pretty strong ground game.
>> I guess he was really focussed on IA and building his networks for Super Tuesday? <<
And I hope South Carolina’s winner-take-all primary.
Yes, agree he had a good ground force...I’m just surpassed at how little time he spent in NH. Appears that NH was not a major focus like IA.
I don’t get how the graph indicates Trump spent less per vote than Cruz. Trump spent more than six times as much as Cruz did, and only got about less than three times more votes.
You must be looking at the table of “DAYS” spent in NH and not $s. That’s the only table/graph that doesn’t show Cruz spending less in NH. In days spent the 2 were equal with 27.
Yes, I believe SC is Winner-Take-All....
Cruz got a big bounce after Iowa and he will do well in the south.
We need Bush Kasich and Rubio to all hang around as long as possible. They are preventing each other from consolidating.
Very interesting stats.
Cruz may get a boost from IA in the Southern primaries, but Trump will also get a boost from his massive win in NH. People tend to remember the most recent event, and that’s NH. Trump is leading Cruz by about 16 points in SC (pre-IA and SC polls), so it will be interesting to see how all this plays out over the coming 10 days. I’m sure that there are pollsters busy in SC at this very minute trying to gauge what impact IA and NH have had. My bet is that Trump will maintain the lead, and win SC by double digits.
What about Texas?
Trump will do well in the south, but I’m expecting a few states to go to Cruz.
Do we know if this money spend included PACs? Cruz has a big one.
Dyslexia strikes again. I could’ve sworn the graph said Cruz then Trump. And I looked at it a dozen times.
