Months after the tragic shooting at a health clinic in San Bernardino, FBI agents are still unable to unlock the phone used by one of the attackers, according to new statements by FBI director James Comey.
Speaking before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Comey mentioned the case as a prime example of device encryption hindering an investigation. "In San Bernardino, a very important investigation for us, we still have one of those killer's phones that we have not been able to open," Comey told the Committee. "It's been over two months now. One of those FBI dudes just needs to give it to some kid and let them take care of it I call BS on they can’t unlock it
Good one.
I hope they have that much trouble if they ever want to get into my phone.
No govt back doors. Those guys were idiots. There is probably nothing on there that we could learn from. Freedom for good people over the ability to search bad people’s phones.
Exactly. This is all to advance the backdoor agenda.
My 18 y/o neighbor could of cracked it by now if he had the computing power the FBI does.

Hello, this is Peggy, what can I do for you today?
Sure.......riiiight. Maybe told not to try so hard?
The way I see it, they had a chance to unlock it while they still had his fingers in custody... assuming it was an iPhone of course. also assuming that the phone had not been shut down since the last time the passphrase was entered.
Therein lies the problem.
We will gradually lose our liberties and our privacy in favor of security and safety and then the terrorist will have won. Because the terrorists will have forced us all to give up what has made this country great — our liberty and freedom.
The FBI put out this story is a joke.
Sure. I believe the FBI.
And maybe in two or three years, they’ll be able to release Hillary’s emails.
