Who cares? Round em up and deport them and let them worry about legal representation. I could care less. Or stick em in a detention center while they wait 2 years for their hearing, with the option to go home in lieu of their hearing. I just don’t care anymore.

After passage of AZ SB1070, illegals were leaving in hoards on their own. Roads were full of Beverly Hillbilly-packed tricks heading out of the state. News was saying that there were lines at the Mexican consulate with people getting their papers in order to go back to Mexico so they could enroll their kids in school there. Fast food drive thrus, where I previously couldn’t understand their horrible Spanglish, suddenly were staged by English speaking Americans. That was great. Apartment complexes that catered to illegals were complaining that their tenants were leaving.
Point is, that if you enforce the law, a large number of them leave on their own. It works. I’ve seen it.
It will cost us less when they’re living south of the border.

Court cases? For enforcing our own laws? There were no court cases with Operation Wetback.
We’re not paying a thing for anyone to apply to come to the United States. They get in line, fill out forms, get vetted, and pay fees. Just like all the legal citizens have always done.
Without deportation, they will stay. The fear of deportation will cause most to leave on their own.

The laws/protocols/procedures Mexico applies to Mexico’o illegals, can be replicated in the USA
Withdraw them from all government programs and fine all employers hiring them and they will self deport.
