"This is football, not Hollywood, and I thought it was really outrageous that she used it as a platform to attack police officers who are the people who protect her and protect us, and keep us alive," he said. "And what we should be doing in the African-American community, and all communities, is build up respect for police officers. And focus on the fact that when something does go wrong, okay. We'll work on that. But the vast majority of police officers risk their lives to keep us safe."

Meanwhile back at the wh, I hear that the lyin' king and mrs. lyin' king awaited the half time show with great anticipation. At my neighbors super bowl party, the half time show in the kitchen was more relevant and much more entertaining than the joke on TV.

It’s all okay as long as she isn’t a Christian criticizing Muslims.

Why is Beyoncé’s act described as a positive? I thought it was vulgar and not at all in the spirit of the SuperBowl.

Beyoncé has had such a horrible time in the US that she is only a billionaire, although it looks like she spent the bulk of that on junk food.

Beyonce's 'Black Power' salute
Oh yeah, fifty years of black power, and 50 years of progressive power and what have we got? America circling the drain.

Hey Lyndon Johnson’s plan has worked perfectly (for Democrats)

She was awful. The dance sucked!!! She must be surrounded by yes people. Everyone in fear of telling her the truth.
I imagine that the same goes for her thug husband or what ever that clown goes by for a name.
It should a number surrounded by stripes.

This is what an older singer desperately trying to stay relevant looks like.

End Welfare payments and Affirmative Action token hiring and see how long “Black Power” lasts.

I had no idea what she was doing but thought perhaps a Jenny Craig’s commercial.
Fat, frizzy hair, lame to dorky dance moves.... Reminds me of the early 90’s.

Where were the #oscarstoowhite crowd? NO diversity in her backup dancers..

Lyndon Johnsonâs plan has worked perfectly (for Democrats)
There are no real Democrats anymore. Only socialists, progressives, enviro-whackos and commies.
The last of the real Dems died off with the WWII generation.

My first thought yesterday after seeing her- lay off the Dunkin Doughnuts girl!I know! I mean, I don't want to fat shame anyone but damn. The first thing you zoom into is that golden bulging zipper!
There are good looking big girls who can wear it well but she wasn't one of them.
That hair, that outfit, those Britney Spear dance moves.... Not good for the eyes and hell on the brain!!!!!

The Black Power salute is the same as the communist salute.
