You need to show that the Keystone pipeline is NOT an government project with the government paying a private company to do it. A far as I know that is exactly what the Keystone pipeline is. If it is not a government-driven project, then the feds have no constitutional grounds for eminent domain.

It is NOT a government project. It’s a utility which will serve the general public. The same as a road will serve the general public. And eminent domain is the usual procedure.
