Eminent domain is legit for infrastructure.
Keystone pipeline is infrastructure.

You need to show that the Keystone pipeline is NOT an government project with the government paying a private company to do it. A far as I know that is exactly what the Keystone pipeline is. If it is not a government-driven project, then the feds have no constitutional grounds for eminent domain.
