It is also too bad that some candidate — perhaps Dr. Carson would be best to say it — some candidate should point out that there is an historical and biological reason it is unwise to put too many of a country’s or society’s young women into combat:

If it really gets bad, and too many of the young women are killed, that society or country may be hobbled for a very long time, if not sent on a path from which it cannot recover. It becomes simple demographics: Not enough children.

Trump can’t resist a cheap shot at Cruz in his closing statement. “We will win”. Wow, how profound.

Trump usually has the best sound bites, but if I compared transcripts of Trump and Cruz, I would definitely choose Cruz for substance every time. As much as I cheer The Donald on when he comes out with a good zinger, there is NO there there.

But Cruz is doing his best to shift my attention away from substance with his extremely annoying delivery. The "you know" that precedes every answer (attempt to relate to us plebs?), the incessant tapping (Cruz, aka the Larry Craig of the debate podium), the too-sincere head shakes of agreement during questions are highly distracting.

Yes maybe Trump has deal with Rubio, thinking he might hand him the south. Trouble is that won’t happen. There is an absolute hatred by people across the south for Rubio, front man for the Amnesty gang of eight. We will never forget that, ever.

Jessica Lynch was not in the Israeli Army. What disasters are you talking about? Israel has drafted women for well over half a century. While they receive combat training, they are generally put in support roles. The men serve 3 years, the women 2. I have relatives (females) that were drafted and served.
