I saw those videos too. He was calling their bluff. If this is what the objective is, he says, then you should have no problem pulling citizenship off the table. What? You can’t do this without granting citizenship? Oops, you’re true motives are showing. That’s a paraphrase, of course. It’s what any good poker player would do. Every word on every one of those videos can be reconciled with that strategic framework.

Your perceptions are different than many people who do believe Trump is winning. Trump is holding his own and winning and will win the New Hampshire Primary whether you like it or not. Trump has more people attending his speeches than any other. Trump is not bought and paid for by anyone, he is paying for his campaign on his own. Trump is the most unique candidate for President in the history of the country.

I'm not knocking Cruz for his hustle and his ability to shape talking points. That's great. And Brent Mosburger knows a heckuva lot about basketball...
But he lacks an ingredient they don't teach in law school or any other school. It's experience running a large organization such as a State or a large company.
This is why a guy like Christie is a good bet: he's been tested in a position of responsibility.
Cruz will get there some day, but he's not ready yet to be President. IMHO.
Carson — good answer about vet care. Of course, Trump has brought up EVERY issue FIRST and now they are all trying to glom on.
