The only authority the feds have is linted to what is delegated to the feds by the Constitution. The Constitution ONLY allows eminent domain for PUBLIC PURPOSE. The fact that the feds have been doing otherwise is consistent with most of what the feds do - unconstitutional activity, which by definition is tyranny.
So eminent domain used for something other than PUBLIC purpose is tyranny.

And it’s a national security thing. OPEC is driving prices low for strategic reasons - to put American shale/oil businesses out of business so we are still dependent on Middle East oil. Obama is doing his darnedest to make the USA vulnerable and his Islamist pals powerful. The Keystone pipeline is an important variable in national security.
Rubio is so weird. He’s a disaster waiting to happen.

So long as Christie gets to rebut I would give Rubio all the time he wants.
