Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, combined to earn more than $153 million in paid speeches from 2001 until Hillary Clinton launched her presidential campaign last spring, a CNN analysis shows.
In total, the two gave 729 speeches from February 2001 until May, receiving an average payday of $210,795 for each address. The two also reported at least $7.7 million for at least 39 speeches to big banks, including Goldman Sachs and UBS, with Hillary Clinton, the Democratic 2016 front-runner, collecting at least $1.8 million for at least eight speeches to big banks.

They’ve been saving this story. It’s not as if she hasn’t been slimy for years.
No no no. If and when she loses do you think that they will want their money back?
This whole thing is revolting. They paid hillary all those bucks so she could lecture them about their flaws? When pigs fly that would happen. The crone should know were not all that dumb. Those speaker fees are a legal way to throw donations to pols to buy them, without being identified as such.
No doubt hundreds of millions or billions funneled thru the crime syndicate known as the Clinton Global Criminal Initiative for their “Pay to Play” bribery scheme.

Wonder if there’s a list of corporate boards that Hillary, Bill, Chelsea and even Huma sit on.
And what their annual allotment is to “serve” on these boards.
I believe Hillary once “served” on the board for Walmart.
She won’t give money back to anyone. Hilary will just say she needs all her money for more Kasper Plus Size Geo-Print Jacquard Jackets.
Plus they have BILLIONS in the Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund!!
The Clinton’s are the extreme example. But they are tolerated because this kind of thing is business as usual throughout American politics. Unfortunately, we have the best government money can buy. And it does.

I don’t think “earn” is quite the right word when it involves the Clintons.
Money laundering at its finest. Circumvent the donation limits. How else could they justify paying that kind of money for ANYTHING either of them has to say?
I read that Princess Chelsea sits on the board of some Barry Diller corp.and rakes in a mere $300,000 !

Her ability to reinvent history on the fly is astounding.
In reality, Hillary Clinton was a total diva who would make working with rock stars like Cher , Van Halen and Brabra Stiesand look an undemanding pleasure.
First off, she had a basic term sheet setting forth the minimum standards for Her Greatness to appear.
All of this was published when a reporter forced a public university to provide the documents via a FOIA request and the university eventually supplied the documents under judges order after being forced to go to court
First on her list was a Private Jet to fly her from wherever she was to the location of the speech. And not just any lowly biz jet would do - she demanded “a minimum of a Gulf Stream IV, or it's equivalent”. With hospitality spread including food and booze.
Of course she demanded rooms in a top shelf hotel for her self
Her talk would take no more than 20 min
There could only be so many people allowed to attend
She would only sign a limited, predetermined number of autographs and have a limited, a limited, predetermined number of photos of Her Highness taken with her star struck admirers.
The list went on and on.
Two things were striking - how demanding she was for herself and shabbily she allowed her mandate advance team to be treated.
Hillary had an entire marketing arm of hired hands running her speaking scam and she was running it as a full blown business.
There were a number of articles published exposing how several charities tried to engage Her Highness to come and speak for them for free and were told that Hillary does not do free and the minimum charge for speaking engagements was $250,000 (she did seem to be flexible with organizations that had good down stream follow on pay for ply potential - guess she looked at those as an investment in the future)
These stories were posted her on Free Republic over the last few years

BILL CASHES IN The Associated Press notes that during Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state, Bill Clinton earned $17 million in talks to banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, real estate businesses, and other financial firms.
SUM TOTAL Altogether, the Clintons are estimated to have made over $139 million from paid speeches.

EXHIBIT ONE Corzine was fresh out of Goldman Sachs executive suite, buying his NJ Senate seat office for $65 million; then buying the NJ governorship. Out of office, he ran a hedge fund where $1.5 B went missing....that employed both Bill Clinton and then-Secy of State Hillary's top aide Huma Abedin.
EXHIBIT TWO When Chelsea Clinton's husband started a hedge fund, he gained access to investors who had ties to the Clintons and to Goldman Sachs. Back in 2011, Mezvinsky, now 37, and two former Goldman Sachs'ers — Bennett Grau and Mark Mallon — began raising money for Mezvinsky's Eaglevale Partners LP hedge fund.
Some of Mezvinsky's investors included Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein. Wall Street Blankfein, a slavish Democrat supporter, said he had "always been a fan of Hillary Clinton." The WSJ reported extensively on the hedge fund's underperformance since its inception and Mezvinsky's mediocre investing and strategizing.

EXHIBIT THREE Then-US Sen Jon Corzine (D-NJ), used his office to pass a special tax exemption for a Japanese bank he owned----his Goldman Sachs crony, Christopher Flowers---adminstrator of Sen Corzine's "blind trust"--- used Corzine's assets to takeover the Japanese bank.
LAUGH BREAK Corzine later said he "did not know" the legislation he sponsored "benefited" him.
