Trump Vows "Forward Motion" On Gay "Equality"
Conservative Review ^ | February 05, 2016 | CR Wire

New York billionaire Donald Trump promises "forward motion" on so called gay rights if elected president.

While speaking with Bay Windows publisher Sue O'Connell Friday, Trump spoke about his wishes to unite the country on gay and lesbian issues.

According to a report by Bay Windows:

Trump, in the recent past has supported liberal positions, and though often criticizing and singling out specific groups he has not attacked the gay community. Now he shows his true leftist view points in an interview just days before the New Hampshire primary where he leads in the polls.

He also recently said he would like SCOTUS to overturn the pro-”gay” marriage decision.

So. Who knows. A pervert quoting him is one thing, I’d like to hear more from him.

And you think that stance is going to win him the general election based on what you see of society today?

to be fair to Trump, he does kind of wanna win, given public opinion polls on this issue. But unlike Hussein, he doesn’t believe that Bruce Jenner is “Caitlin” or a woman; Trump still refers to him as Bruce.

Is it wrong to spend time with people, who happen to do something you disagree with?

Certainly Ted Cruz does not affirm homosexual activity. But why would he not hang out with those who engage in it? I have gay friends who affirm gay marriage, for example, though I strongly oppose gay marriage ...

Trump, on the other hand, is not just “friends” with gay men and women. He is bent on working toward “more forward motion on equality for gays and lesbians.”

OK, so what was the relevance of bringing up Cruz visiting a gay donor? (And by the way, this is hardly the first time Trump has supported gay rights. Trying to argue that Trump was just weasel-wording the gay-rights crowd into thinking he’ll support them is just ridiculous, but that’s the only other way to interpret Trump’s remarks.)

So tell us what Cruz’s position on this question Trump was asked would be then.

SCOTUS has already decreed that gay marriage is legal in all 50 States. What is left, they already have “equality” and in many cases their rights trump everyone else.

Did you read what he said?

" And look, again, we're going to bring people together, and that's your thing and other people have their thing. We have to bring all people together and if we don't we're not going to have a country anymore."

We need to pick our battles, this is not the hill to die on.

If you had a pick, which one is more important to you:

Illegal invasion (build wall, deport, reduction in crime, welfare, health care costs, education costs, etc)

or

Gay Marriage?

For me, it is illegal immigration, if we fix that problem, we fix many other problems

Well, I don't trust Trump on that, either. He would bring unfettered amnesty.

By the way, Trump was an activist who helped get gay marriage legalized.

How?

" And look, again, we're going to bring people together, and that's your thing and other people have their thing. We have to bring all people together and if we don't we're not going to have a country anymore."

What is wrong with bringing people together? A united America is a stronger America

“When President Trump is in office can we look for more forward motion on equality for gays and lesbians?” O’Connell asked him.”

Does ANYONE really think he should have said, ‘NO!!!!”

He immediately goes from the specific to the general, which in political terms, is a diplomatic deflection.

We should elect a guy, who has been in the Senate, who has done nothing about immigration?

Makes a ton of sense

Donald Trump made illegal immigration and building the wall a top campaign topic, if it wasn’t for Trump, nobody would be talking about it, and JEB (pro foreign invaders) would have won the Iowa caucuses a few days ago

Trump seems to have the most realistic views on illegal immigration. He also wants to stop “refugees” from Syria and wherever from entering the United States.

How about not recognizing their so called gay marriage?

One more piece of evidence Trump is a NY leftist pretending to be conservative to run in Republican primary.

To the cultists though, it won’t matter.

Trump can do no wrong.

If Trump tomorrow declared to be a Muslim, the cultists would all follow suit and become Muslim.

It’s worse than Obama 2008, and we all laughed at that.

So what does Cruz suggest we do with gay people?

Take their money and stuff it in our pockets.
