Senator Ted Cruz entire campaign, much like the credibility of Mark Levin, is built around his claim as âthe most consistent conservativeâ.
The topic is âbirthright citizenshipâ:

I am not confusing anything, I believe you are.
I responded to what you said constitutes birthright citizenship.
A child born to an American citizen has birthright citizenship.
Do you really think otherwise?
Cruz mother wasn’t a citizen of Canada. She had sworn no oath of allegiance to Canada. She registered Teds birth at the consulate because he was a US citizen. The US consulate would have helped them with any problems because they were US citizens.
Birthright Citizenship needs to end.
But imagine being assigned by your company to Canada, and having your kid born there. Anyone telling you your kid is not naturally born US Citizen would have earned an ass kicking.
I have seen that posted several times but have never seen a copy of it. Do you have that?
His mother was a citizen.
The Illinois election board reviewed your compelling claim and discovered you were wrong.
If you would like to borrow some brain cells . . . well I guess the internet would not allow for that.
I cannot answer why Marco Rubio is running for President but I think Cruz is running because he is the best option this nation has had in decades.
“there has been for a long time bills presented at every session of Congress to end birthright citizenship. None of them would be retroactive.”
Where is the law passed by Congress that gave citizenship to illegals and foreign nationals.....maybe I missed it.
Nothing to retract
Really?
Take 5 minutes and read up, you need to do your own research.
“Natural-born subjects” of Britain at the time included children of Britons born in other countries by law. The framers wouldn’t have used that term if they didn’t mean the same thing.
Cruz is natural-born all the way.
The confusion arises when discussing whether Cruz was a citizen at birth or not. There are two ways to be a citizen, by birth or naturalization. When children born abroad have citizenship transmitted to them by their parents, it is called by birth even though an overt action must be taken to get the citizenship. It is called citizenship at birth even though someone could wait until any age to apply for it. The "by birth" distinguishes it from citizenship by naturalization.
Cruz was a dual citizen until May 2014 when he renounced his Canadian citizenship.
Reading your comment suggest you are 100% ignorant of the facts of Social Security, which would include medicare and Medicaid, two very destructive by products of the unlawful abuse of the Social Security excise tax.
Ok, take your pick for the definition

I got a passport from the embassy in Singapore. I’m sure they could get a social security card for a US citizen too
WELL DID HE?
Doncha think we oughta be eyeballing that piece of paper?
The issue is the definition of natural born citizen as it applies to eligibility to be President. It is still an open question that needs to be litigated.
No, a child born abroad to 1 US citizen mother who is married to a foreigner has the opportunity to be a US citizen provided that the US citizen parent acts to acquire it for the child while the child is a minor, or the child acts for themselves upon the required period of time at their coming of the age of consent. And the key here is, IT TAKES A LAW TO MAKE THENM CITIZENS.
You just make things up because you are either clueless or willfully ignorant.
No, it doesn’t. It means anyone who is a citizen at birth. British law specifically said before our Constitution was adopted that a natural-born subject of Britain included those born to British parents outside the country.
Nothing in the world “natural-born” refers to land or territory.
read post 91 and go pick a fight with those who define it otherwise.
Don’t just command the word no.
