Cruz mother wasn’t a citizen of Canada. She had sworn no oath of allegiance to Canada. She registered Teds birth at the consulate because he was a US citizen. The US consulate would have helped them with any problems because they were US citizens.
I have seen that posted several times but have never seen a copy of it. Do you have that?
There is absolutely no proof of that and according to interviews that Ted has given, it is very possible his mother did. We know that his father became a Canadian citizen in 1973 & most likely, his mother also as they were both listed as electors in 1974. Sorry, but elections offices ONLY provide names of those who have applied to vote. And that is why I believe Cruz refuses to release to the voters, copies of the paper trail of his mother's naturalization back into the US, or the lack thereof, proving that the family has committed a HUGE felony. Really, Cruz Sr. does not become a US citizen until it is politically expedient for his son? Give me a break, I was not born yesterday.
What proof is there that Mrs. Cruz registered her son Rafael at the U.S. consulate? Cruz hasn’t shown the document.
